Our apartments are furnished with dishes, cooking utensils, bed linen, and hand towels.

Free parking for our guests. Motorcycles and bicycles can be stored in our garage. WLAN (Wifi) is available free of charge throughout our complex. We will be happy to provide you with a children’s cot and high-chair, upon request. The daily rates include the cost of final cleaning.

Additional services

Our hearty breakfast – featuring regional products – can be booked in advance from May to September (except Sundays) for €15.

The bar (located on the ground floor) is open for business at the following times:
May to September, from Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m. From October to April, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. till 12 noon and from 3:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m.

From June to September, if requested in advance, we can serve smaller dishes in the evening (except on Sunday).

We have a 22-kW charging station for electric vehicles which our guests are welcome to use (fee-based). For a reasonable fee, you can also use our clothes washing machine and clothes dryer.

Remarks on our daily rates

Our daily rates are based on double occupancy (two adults). There is a surcharge of €25 for every additional occupant.

Confirmation of reservation:
Your reservation is guaranteed only after written confirmation is received by both sides and after you have paid an advance payment (30% of the total bill). Please state your name when effecting your bank transfer. You can transfer the rest of the total cost prior to the beginning of your stay or on site, when you check in.

Payment:
Please pay your bill in cash, by bank transfer, or using any commonly accepted credit cards (except for American Express).

Arrival and departure:
We request that you please vacate your apartment by 9:30 a.m. of the day of your departure. This is so we can perform the necessary final cleaning. Otherwise, we will be forced to charge you for an additional day. On the day of your arrival, your vacation apartment will be ready for you at 3:00 p.m. We request that you notify us in advance in the event that you arrive after 6:00 p.m.

Pets:
In consideration of guests who may have allergies, we prohibit pets.

Resort tax:
The resort tax which we levy on behalf of the community government is used for expanding local infrastructure and services as well as for organizing cultural and sports events. The resort tax amounts to €1.60 per guest and day and is levied by the various hotel establishments. Children and youths under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax. The resort tax must be paid upon your departure, and is listed separately in your bill.

Cancellation fees:
You can cancel free of charge up to three months prior to your arrival. After three months, and up to two weeks prior to your arrival, your advance payment will not be refunded.

Within the final two weeks prior to your arrival or in the case of premature departure or if the guest fails to appear, you will be charged 100% of the booking price.

In order to spare you (and us!) unnecessary problems, we therefore recommend that you obtain Travel Cancellation Insurance.
